I took a good fall yesterday & needed to get some X-rays done. After calling Carenow with a 4 hr wait & Medpost no X-rays that day, I stumbled across this place. It had 5 star reviews too. I decided to go & the appt process was super easy, checking in was a breeze, ZERO WAIT TIME (huge perk), the rooms were high tech, clean, and awesome chairs. I was in & out with X-rays done in 30 min!! I am a huge fan now & I will be singing their praises as they are much deserved. Thank you to the staff for your fast & efficient work.

About Us
Is the radiation used in x-rays safe?
Yes. While overexposure to x-ray radiation can be harmful and increase your risk of cancer, the amount used in a typical x-ray for imaging purposes is minuscule and safe. Side effects from routine x-rays are very rare.
How should I prepare for my x-ray?

Your preparation instructions may vary based on the type of x-ray imaging you are getting, but you may be asked to:

  • Remove all metal items you wear, such as jewelry
  • Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment
  • Not eat or drink anything for a specific amount of time
  • Put on protective eyewear or a protective apron
How long will my x-rays take?
X-rays are one of the most expedient forms of imaging. Even if the Rockwall Rapid Care team needs x-rays in multiple positions, they shouldn’t take longer than 10 – 15 minutes.
