"Can't express my gratitude to this place enough, I don't usually go to the doctor, and when I do my experiences have always been pretty negative. I walked in yesterday and was immediately greeted and helped, saw the doctor within 3 minutes of me getting there with no appointment. I had a severe external ear infection, my pain was so intense I couldn't sleep for two days after having intense pain for 5 days already, the ear specialists in Rockwall are completely useless. The doctor genuinely listened to me and he had a solution in mind that completely helped me. My pain is gone, and the medication prescribed is actually helping me to recover. After almost a week of nothing getting better. You can really tell he's a man of his craft and cares about his patients. Can't recommend this place enough."

"This is, by far, the best urgent care I have been to! Scheduling the appointment was super easy and checking in was also a piece of cake. Being new town I hadn’t had time to establish with a GP so I called an urgent care clinic that was close to my house but they didn’t make appointments unless you registered online and then waited for someone to call back! Really?! Then I found Rockwall Rapid Care. They came to my rescue and saw me right away. The office staff was really nice with no wait time. The PA was very kind and understanding. I've always gotten to see the physician with little wait, several times while being able to remain in my car. His assistant, Craig, has always been so professional and kind, and today I found out he gives a virtually painless IM injection. :) I definitely recommend!!!!"

"This is such an awesome place. We started going here when Covid hit and we could just drive up and receive care. I thought ok, this is different but it was quality care even in my car! The nurses that greeted you were welcoming and the doctor was fantastic! He is so caring and knowledgable. Now to this day, he has become my regular doctor. They have now expanded their office, you check in while in your car and then they let you know when it is time to come into the office. They are quick and thorough. I recommend them for anyone for who is needing immediate attention and for any concern."

"This place is awesome. After my husband suffered from a UTI for days and with no response from his urologist, we reached out to Rockwall Rapid Care. Nice selections of appointments that day. Checked in online. Greeted at door by a tech. Escorted to a room to visit with Dr. Fieldsmith. After urinalysis reflected UTI, he received a shot and a prescription for an antibiotic. Couldn’t have been easier. Proved to be a very effective and streamlined experience. May be best kept secret in Rockwall. At least I for one had not heard of them till I googled and saw their five star ratings across-the-board… unlike some of the other urgent care centers!"

"Update: 02/27/24 still 5 stars ⭐️ Amazing! Took my son to get seen today and the visit was easy breezy everything was done in the car even the payment I loved everything about today’s visit. The most important thing about todays visit was that while everything was completed in the car my son slept through the whole thing and the doctors was so patient and didn’t wake him up and the whole visit was completed in minutes. AMAZING that is a parent’s dream come true for their child to have an easy breezy appointment and that is what happened so easy and quick. Even sending the prescription to the pharmacy was quick I just pulled in at the pharmacy and received a text message that the medication was filled and ready for pick up! Thank you so much Dr. Fieldsmith and staff I will definitely be back! You have one absolutely happy patient! We usually use the online booking tool, which is super convenient, but they also allow walk-ins. Most appointments are completed curbside, and the wait time is never more than a few minutes. The professional staff take care of you from your vehicle whenever possible, but in cases where more care is needed, there is a very small clinic setup inside. "Found this last week when my daughter’s pediatrician couldn’t fit us in. Drove up and only took a few min to complete digital paperwork. They came right out and did everything from the car. It was so nice not to have to go into an office with a bunch of other sick people. My daughter was able to Relax wrapped up in her blanket in the car. I returned today because I have developed a sinus infection. Again pulled right up, completed paperwork in a couple minutes and I am ready to rock ‘n’ roll with my prescription being sent off to treat my infection. We will come here now ahead of going to our regular doctor every time."
"The check in was so easy, and brining two toddlers in was a breeze! We got to wait in the car until our turn (didn’t take long at all), and once we were called we were taken right to a room where they performed tests right then and there. We were out in 20 minutes. Craig was fantastic! I will be going there from now on for all our urgent care needs!"
"Amazing seriously just go here! My normal urgent care (texas med.) Was closed due to short staffing. I had symptoms of a severe kidney infection. Oh the irony because I educated patients in kidney failure for a job. So I looked online and signed in to go to rapid care. Best decision I could have made. 20 min. Later I arrived with my kids in tow. You pull up press a button on the intercom and someone comes out. Just as I was speaking to the tech at the window my 7yo projectile vomited ,(this is my life). She was totally fine apparently just needed to puke. It was everywhere in my car. The tech was amazing. He got me a trash bag gloves cleaner, water, and even a towel for my daughter to put on her booster seat. We joked that maybe she should be seen to. After cleaning up my one child we we're brought in, I gave my sample etc the normal stuff. They treated my kidney infection with meds. And on my way I went. They are awesome go here"

"From a very satisfied customer:Y’all, I found the best urgent care today in Rockwall. It is a hidden gem, in a little office plaza next to Culver’s. It is Rockwall Rapid Care. I had checked in at Care Now for a time after 1pm. I finally get a text they are ready for me at 4. I get there at 4:05. I was one of 3 people in the office. By 5, there were about 20 of us. In that hour, only one person had been called back and I had not seen one person come out. I went to the front and told the unfriendly office staff I was going to leave. I get it. I am sure she was overwhelmed. She said why, there is not a wait, I just have not been able to get you entered. I said, oh okay. If it will be a few minutes, I will wait. I waited another 20 minutes and walked out. I was lucky enough to find Rockwall Rapid Care on Google.I was afraid I would not make it by 6, when they closed, they said they would wait on me. I get there, they greet me at the car and take me back immediately to a wonderful room with a reclining chair. The nurse comes in to get vitals and I fill out some paperwork and they told me to punch a button next to my chair, when I was done. 5 seconds later the doctor comes in. He was a delight. The doctor is an MD, not a PA. He told me what my problem was with a joint in my foot, gave me a shot and told me, I would feel 100% better tonight and he was right. So thankful I found this place. It is a privately owned urgent care and the care I was given was unbelievable. They charged me a $20 copay. I told them, I thought it was $50. They said don’t worry about it, if it is more than $20, we will bill you and they sent me on my way. My husband went with me and we were both so impressed and trust me, my husband does not impress easily, when it comes to doctors."
