About Us
Why would I need ENT urgent care?
At Rockwell Rapid Care, we see patients with a variety of acute and chronic ENT complaints. Urgent care you may be seeking could be due to an allergic reaction, sinus infection, or low-grade ear pain. If your symptoms have persisted longer than a normal cold, or in combination with a high fever, we encourage you to stop by our office to get the care needed for your ENT issues.
What are symptoms of an ENT infection?
If you think you should come to our office to diagnose an ENT infection, you may have some symptoms worth paying attention to. ENT infections often have earaches (sometimes with discharge), sinus and nasal congestion, and/or throat pain or soreness. Depending on the areas your infection is in, your provider will be able to help provide medication for pain management and healing.
Do I need antibiotics?
If your infection is deemed to be bacterial, antibiotics may help clear up your illness quickly. However, sometimes ENT issues are due to viral infections. In this case, you will need to focus on pain and symptom management as the virus runs its course.
