Most viral infections will clear up on their own within about a week or so. We recommend getting plenty of rest and staying hydrated. Over-the-counter medications, such as cough medicine and pain relievers (like ibuprofen or Tylenol) can help alleviate your symptoms while nasal saline rinses can help flush out the nasal cavity. For bacterial infections, a course of antibiotics may be prescribed.

This place is a hidden gem. We’ve been a few times for different things and it’s so clean so easy to get in and out of and better than any other urgent care or rapid care I’ve ever been to.

I can’t say enough good things about Rockwall Rapid Care. For my son’s broken arm, he received an x-ray and referral. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Yesterday, I was sick, booked online, went in, got diagnosed with 10 minutes and had necessary prescriptions filled quickly with kindness and compassion. I wish they could train other medical on how to care for a patient efficiently. I would highly recommend their facility for any urgent care needs.

My wife was suffering from weakness and dehydration.   I was looking for an Urgent Care facility with the ability to administer IV therapy and found  Rockwall Rapid Care.  I went to the website and was impressed by the services offered and it as in my insurance network.  I completed the paperwork and made my appointment online for the next morning at 8:45 on a Saturday morning.  Scheduling was very easy. We were greeted and immediately taken to an exam room.  We saw Dr. Fieldstone within minutes.  He listened to our story and agreed that my wife was dehydrated.  We were escorted to the IV center and discussed the options.  We decided on blend that best suited our needs.  The IV was started painlessly and took about 45 minutes to empty.  The IV room was spacious, clean and had reclining massage chairs. We were very impressed with Dr. Fieldstone, his staff and the IV clinic.  I highly recommend both.

About Us
Why would I need ENT urgent care?
At Rockwell Rapid Care, we see patients with a variety of acute and chronic ENT complaints. Urgent care you may be seeking could be due to an allergic reaction, sinus infection, or low-grade ear pain. If your symptoms have persisted longer than a normal cold, or in combination with a high fever, we encourage you to stop by our office to get the care needed for your ENT issues.
What are symptoms of an ENT infection?
If you think you should come to our office to diagnose an ENT infection, you may have some symptoms worth paying attention to. ENT infections often have earaches (sometimes with discharge), sinus and nasal congestion, and/or throat pain or soreness. Depending on the areas your infection is in, your provider will be able to help provide medication for pain management and healing.
Do I need antibiotics?
If your infection is deemed to be bacterial, antibiotics may help clear up your illness quickly. However, sometimes ENT issues are due to viral infections. In this case, you will need to focus on pain and symptom management as the virus runs its course.
