Most viral infections will clear up on their own within about a week or so. We recommend getting plenty of rest and staying hydrated. Over-the-counter medications, such as cough medicine and pain relievers (like ibuprofen or Tylenol) can help alleviate your symptoms while nasal saline rinses can help flush out the nasal cavity. For bacterial infections, a course of antibiotics may be prescribed.

As always, they do a great job. Quick, efficient, and effective treatment. I wouldn’t go to any other urgent care. All the employees are very nice and helpful too.

Rockwall RapidCare is hands down the best urgent care we’ve ever been to. It’s fast, efficient, and incredibly well-run. We’ve visited multiple times for both kids and adults, and every single time the experience has been outstanding. The wait time is always minimal — we fill everything out on the app ahead of time, and by the time we walk in, they’re already calling our name. The staff and doctors are always professional, kind, and attentive. Compared to other urgent cares where we’ve waited for hours and dealt with confusion about pricing and care, Rockwall RapidCare has been a breath of fresh air. The level of organization and clarity they provide is unmatched. It’s a clean, friendly office with five-star service from start to finish. The ease of scheduling, the communication, and the overall efficiency make this place a standout. If you’re in the area and need urgent care, I can’t recommend Rockwall RapidCare enough. My family goes to Rockwall Rapid Care every single time we get sick. They rarely have a wait, and they’re so professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I can’t recommend them more. They’re the chick-fil-a of urgent care. They need to give classes on how to be efficient and fast while still providing top quality care. They’ve done everything from treating us for Covid, flu, strep throat, and sinus infections to mono testing, dislocated knee caps and diagnosing my daughter’s broken toe. They do it all and make sure every patient feels important and well cared for. If your family needs quick, easy, and professional care, this is definitely the place.

About Us
Why would I need ENT urgent care?
At Rockwell Rapid Care, we see patients with a variety of acute and chronic ENT complaints. Urgent care you may be seeking could be due to an allergic reaction, sinus infection, or low-grade ear pain. If your symptoms have persisted longer than a normal cold, or in combination with a high fever, we encourage you to stop by our office to get the care needed for your ENT issues.
What are symptoms of an ENT infection?
If you think you should come to our office to diagnose an ENT infection, you may have some symptoms worth paying attention to. ENT infections often have earaches (sometimes with discharge), sinus and nasal congestion, and/or throat pain or soreness. Depending on the areas your infection is in, your provider will be able to help provide medication for pain management and healing.
Do I need antibiotics?
If your infection is deemed to be bacterial, antibiotics may help clear up your illness quickly. However, sometimes ENT issues are due to viral infections. In this case, you will need to focus on pain and symptom management as the virus runs its course.
