What Can I Expect from An ECG?
Before we perform an ECG, we will first decide whether you should be visiting an emergency room for more emergent care. If we don't feel this is the case, we can proceed with an ECG at our office. ECGs are painless tests that measure the electrical activity of an individual's heart. This test will show if a person's heart is functioning properly. We'll attach patches to your arms, legs, and chest that will send your activity levels to our electrocardiograph, which will be recorded on screen and/or paper. The peaks and valleys on the report will help Dr. Fieldsmith interpret the activity of your heart and whether or not it's functioning properly. Depending on the results of your test, we may suggest you seek out specialized treatment from a nearby medical facility.

Rockwall Rapid Care is the best urgent care facility I've ever used. We (family of 5) are repeat customers, and have recommended Rockwall Rapid Care to many friends and family members. We usually use the online booking tool, which is super convenient, but they also allow walk-ins. Most appointments are completed curbside, and the wait time is never more than a few minutes. Dr. Fieldsmith is very friendly and easy going. He takes his time during appointments and the interaction never feels rushed.
