"Rockwall Rapid Care was a 5-star urgent care. Didn’t have to wait and Dr. Fieldsmith was very pleasant, caring and took good care of me. They also have drive in service if you prefer staying in your car but I went in to the office. Very clean, professional office. They can do X-rays onsite as well as blood tests, infectious disease testing, vaccinations, etc. They were also in network with my insurance. I feel like the exam, diagnosis and treatment was very appropriate and I’d certainly return to this practice. Very pleased with their services."

"My wife was suffering from weakness and dehydration. I was looking for an Urgent Care facility with the ability to administer IV therapy and found Rockwall Rapid Care. I went to the website and was impressed by the services offered and it as in my insurance network. I completed the paperwork and made my appointment online for the next morning at 8:45 on a Saturday morning. Scheduling was very easy. We were greeted and immediately taken to an exam room. We saw Dr. Fieldstone within minutes. He listened to our story and agreed that my wife was dehydrated. We were escorted to the IV center and discussed the options. We decided on blend that best suited our needs. The IV was started painlessly and took about 45 minutes to empty. The IV room was spacious, clean and had reclining massage chairs. We were very impressed with Dr. Fieldstone, his staff and the IV clinic. I highly recommend both."

"I can’t say enough good things about Rockwall Rapid Care. For my son’s broken arm, he received an x-ray and referral. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Yesterday, I was sick, booked online, went in, got diagnosed with 10 minutes and had necessary prescriptions filled quickly with kindness and compassion. I wish they could train other medical on how to care for a patient efficiently. I would highly recommend their facility for any urgent care needs."

"It was excellent. Woke up in the middle of the night with eye pain. Googled walk in clinic near me and Rockwall Rapid Care came up with an 8 appointment. Remembering that we had been here before I grabbed the appointment. We got there early and they took us at exactly 8 am. The office was professional, clean, efficient and kind. We were quickly evaluated and given a prescription. We were back in our car and headed to the Pharmacy by 8:10 am. Thank you."

"We have been to Rockwall Rapid Care a number of times over the last couple of years. They are kind, quick, and knowledgeable! We’ve gone for urgent care needs, vaccines, and testing. They are thorough, and the care is top notch! Highly recommend! Adding to this review. It’s been three years now, and they are still excellent! They’ve moved to a different space in the same complex, and they have a lot more interior space. Cannot recommend them more!!"
"This is, by far, the best urgent care I have been to! Scheduling the appointment was super easy and checking in was also a piece of cake. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly EMT who brought us right in to a room and got us checked in. Doctor came in minutes later and was truly great! Everyone was very caring and knowledgeable. We were out within 10 minutes. Absolutely top notch!"
"Had to see a doctor quick for a condition I had. Being new town I hadn’t had time to establish with a GP so I called an urgent care clinic that was close to my house but they didn’t make appointments unless you registered online and then waited for someone to call back! Really?! Then I found Rockwall Rapid Care. They came to my rescue and saw me right away. The office staff was really nice with no wait time. The PA was very kind and understanding. I started to feel better the next day with the prescription she ordered. Thank you so much for helping me."
"I called because my allergies were acting up SO SO bad! Appt was at 530 and I was out by 6. Nurse and Dr were super nice, office was clean. Picked up Rx and I feel better already! "This place is awesome. After my husband suffered from a UTI for days and with no response from his urologist, we reached out to Rockwall Rapid Care. Nice selections of appointments that day. Checked in online. Greeted at door by a tech. Escorted to a room to visit with Dr. Fieldsmith. After urinalysis reflected UTI, he received a shot and a prescription for an antibiotic. Couldn’t have been easier. Proved to be a very effective and streamlined experience. May be best kept secret in Rockwall. At least I for one had not heard of them till I googled and saw their five star ratings across-the-board… unlike some of the other urgent care centers!"

"Rockwall Rapid Care is the best urgent care facility I've ever used. We (family of 5) are repeat customers, and have recommended Rockwall Rapid Care to many friends and family members. We usually use the online booking tool, which is super convenient, but they also allow walk-ins. Most appointments are completed curbside, and the wait time is never more than a few minutes. Dr. Fieldsmith is very friendly and easy going. He takes his time during appointments and the interaction never feels rushed."

"I discovered Rockwall Rapid Care a year ago. I’d recently moved to the area and needed a primary physician. After my appointment, I was so impressed with Dr. Fieldsmith, I inquired if he offered that service. Unfortunately, he didn’t but took the time to make suggestions for several Rockwall physician groups! I found a primary physician but it’s always important to have an Urgent Care Physician. Today was my third visit…same great care! You can’t go wrong with Dr. Fieldsmith. He’s is the BEST!"

"My husband and I LOVE this urgent care facility. We’ve returned again and again because convenience and excellence are their trademarks! The professional staff take care of you from your vehicle whenever possible, but in cases where more care is needed, there is a very small clinic setup inside. My favorite part is that the waiting room is my own car seat! The wait is always minimal and the staff is always friendly and efficient."

"The check in was so easy, and brining two toddlers in was a breeze! We got to wait in the car until our turn (didn’t take long at all), and once we were called we were taken right to a room where they performed tests right then and there. We were out in 20 minutes. Craig was fantastic! I will be going there from now on for all our urgent care needs!"
"Amazing seriously just go here! My normal urgent care (texas med.) Was closed due to short staffing. I had symptoms of a severe kidney infection. Oh the irony because I educated patients in kidney failure for a job. So I looked online and signed in to go to rapid care. Best decision I could have made. 20 min. Later I arrived with my kids in tow. You pull up press a button on the intercom and someone comes out. Just as I was speaking to the tech at the window my 7yo projectile vomited ,(this is my life). She was totally fine apparently just needed to puke. It was everywhere in my car. The tech was amazing. He got me a trash bag gloves cleaner, water, and even a towel for my daughter to put on her booster seat. We joked that maybe she should be seen to. After cleaning up my one child we we're brought in, I gave my sample etc the normal stuff. They treated my kidney infection with meds. And on my way I went. They are awesome go here"

I recommend giving this hidden gem a try if you’re caught on a weekend and don’t want to spend your day waiting in an overcrowded ER/ urgent care."

"From a very satisfied customer:Y’all, I found the best urgent care today in Rockwall. It is a hidden gem, in a little office plaza next to Culver’s. It is Rockwall Rapid Care. I had checked in at Care Now for a time after 1pm. I finally get a text they are ready for me at 4. I get there at 4:05. I was one of 3 people in the office. By 5, there were about 20 of us. In that hour, only one person had been called back and I had not seen one person come out. I went to the front and told the unfriendly office staff I was going to leave. I get it. I am sure she was overwhelmed. She said why, there is not a wait, I just have not been able to get you entered. I said, oh okay. If it will be a few minutes, I will wait. I waited another 20 minutes and walked out. I was lucky enough to find Rockwall Rapid Care on Google.I was afraid I would not make it by 6, when they closed, they said they would wait on me. I get there, they greet me at the car and take me back immediately to a wonderful room with a reclining chair. The nurse comes in to get vitals and I fill out some paperwork and they told me to punch a button next to my chair, when I was done. 5 seconds later the doctor comes in. He was a delight. The doctor is an MD, not a PA. He told me what my problem was with a joint in my foot, gave me a shot and told me, I would feel 100% better tonight and he was right. So thankful I found this place. It is a privately owned urgent care and the care I was given was unbelievable. They charged me a $20 copay. I told them, I thought it was $50. They said don’t worry about it, if it is more than $20, we will bill you and they sent me on my way. My husband went with me and we were both so impressed and trust me, my husband does not impress easily, when it comes to doctors."
"Had eventful start to our Saturday morning! My husband had a run in with a cattle Shute and lost. Came to Rockwall Rapid and got his ear glued up. In and out, just the way I like a drs visit. Awesome experience! All the staff was super nice and informative. Definitely will be using their services again."
